What is the TURNAROUND TIME ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER?

We are currently set up to make all deliveries Thursday-Sunday weekly.

*All orders must be submitted by midnight on Wednesday in order to be included in the weekly delivery.

Special orders for $100 or more can be delivered any day of the week and we are currently assessing a fulfillment lead-time of 48 hours for those special orders.

*For orders received after 3pm - the 48 hour window begins on the following business day.

DELIVERY vs PICK-UP?

We offer delivery in the Boston Metro area for an additional charge of $15 within Boston and $25 for orders outside of Boston. We offer 2 delivery windows per day Thursday-Sunday: 7-9am and 7-9pm.

Untamed HQ is located in Jamaica Plain, and you are welcome to come pick up your Untamed order for no extra charge, please email for pick-up details.

BYOV?

Untamed Floral Design loves to recycle and reduce our carbon footprint whenever possible. How does this relate to your flower order? We prefer to use previously owned and repurposed vessels for our arrangements. Do you have a cabinet full of vases collecting dust in your home? Donate to Untamed Floral Design and receive a 10% discount for each vase donated to be used towards a future order. Only one 10% discount can be used per order. Can you do events?

We love a good party at Untamed Floral Design and would be pleased as punch to help enhance your event with beautiful bespoke blooms! Email directly to info@untamedfloral.com or fill out the form on our events page with your event details and we can go from there.

How can i keep my flowers looking fresh longer?

We cannot stress this enough: change your arrangement’s water daily! It really does make a difference and prolongs the life of your beautiful bouquet.
