Our ETHOS

Untamed Floral Design encourages a holistic relationship between daily life and how you interact with the natural world around you. This lifestyle relationship connects the dots between consumer and consumed. This view also mirrors the idea of eating with the seasons.  I can remember my first salad made with arugula grown in a tiny garden plot on my back patio, and the peppery bite that caught my senses by surprise because I had never had such fresh arugula before.  I never knew that this was how it was meant to taste!  Flowers are the same way - when fresh and locally grown their scent, and the lifecycle of the flower is completely amplified.  Whenever possible, Untamed Floral Design works with locally grown flowers.  However, we live in New England, and when it is winter for most of the year - well, you do the math!  All of our floral designs incorporate the idea of connecting with the natural untamed beauty of nature!

Untamed Floral Design loves to recycle and reduce our carbon footprint in any small way that we can! We prefer to use previously owned and repurposed vessels for our arrangements.
